Insight
Our first research project, FUTURESHOCK, will examine the connectivity crisis that elderly communities face when relating to their younger counterparts.
Technology is contributing to rising mental health issues among young people and deepening loneliness in older communities.
We’ve created a new metric — the Connectivity Index — to score and compare levels of social interaction from the early 2000s to the present, based on interviews with up to 100 elderly participants and youth.
The findings will inform cultural analysis, new policy recommendations, and a multimedia exhibition to spark public engagement and drive change.
