Sam Narr
Leading Demo84, working-class British Asian Sam Narr brings extensive professional and lived experience in campaigning, creative strategy, community engagement concepts, and social impact.
Following several years of working with global consumer brands in London and Stockholm, he founded Kibbo Kift Agency in 2019, a B Corp PR and Performance agency that works exclusively on projects advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Rhiannon Jones
A strategic futurist interpreting macro forces, cultural signals and behavioural shifts into a clear direction for organisations. Rhiannon advises global brands and emerging founders, and co-founded Ultra Violet Futures, the first foresight agency focused on women’s and marginalised health futures.
Lottie Hanwell
A qualitative researcher and writer who specialises in cultural insights. She has extensive experience working with brands across sports, fashion and technology to decode culture and design better products and services.
Beyond insights, Lottie’s writing and research explores the intersections between cities, climate change and inequality. She holds an MSc in Climate Justice, and regularly writes about equity in urban planning for The Urban Activist.
Galan Dall
Former Managing Editor and Editor-at-Large of Visegrad Insight. A writer, journalist, and editor, he has extensive experience producing policy briefs, reports and running strategic foresight workshops.
At Demo84, Galan will lead strategic approaches for policy harnessing his experience in UK, US and Central European politics, with particular attention to issues concerning LGBTIQ+, women’s, and minority rights.
Amy Dalton-Hardy
A Midlands-based consultant, producer, and strategist working across culture, the creative industries, community, and innovation. Amy specialises in inclusive leadership, funding strategy, governance, and sector development, supporting organisations and creatives to develop sustainable, values-driven, and socially engaged practices.
Luigi Abate
Leading research into emerging behaviours, social tensions, and community realities across the UK, Luigi translates complex cultural patterns into clear direction for civic projects and partnerships, ensuring Demo84’s work remains grounded, people-centred, and responsive to cultural change.
Sadie Devane
A senior creative focused on advancing social and environmental progress through purposeful, insight-led communication.
Over nine years, Sadie has worked across the UK, US, and Europe, collaborating with global charities, brands, and NGOs to develop campaigns that inspire understanding and action. She combines strategic and creative thinking to shape clear, engaging narratives on complex topics.
